Wovn Designs stands for slow fashion, premium cotton, and bringing back handmade crafts. Our products are made with care, not mass production each one tells a story of time, patience, and craftsmanship.

2. Products

All Wovn items are handmade from 100% premium cotton. Small variations in texture, stitching, or color are part of their unique character and not considered defects.

We aim to display products accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
All prices are listed in euros and include taxes as shown at checkout. We have free shipping.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 Business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Wovn Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All our products are handmade with care, which makes each piece unique. We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before ordering, as we aim to reduce unnecessary returns.

Returns are possible within 5 days after receiving your order.

Please contact us via the contact form or DM so we can provide you with the return address.

The bag must be in the same shape and condition as received, without any damage, and must include the dust bag and pouch.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Once we have received your return, we will issue a refund and you will receive your money back.

Please note: custom items cannot be returned.

Wovn Designs works through limited drops — small, carefully produced batches released at specific times.
Our products often sell out quickly, so we encourage customers to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay informed about future releases.
